Create Live CD from Live USB?

So, I finally succeeded in making a live USB of 9.10 from the Live CD and have installed some utilities into the Casper file and it works great. Except I'm working with a lot of older computers and they don't all boot from USB. Is there a way to create a live CD from the USB which includes the Casper file (or incorporates the utilities in there into the distribution)?
