erro to try install smb4k on kubuntu

oi, my name is morticia, before I used debian, now installed kubuntu in mine computer. I am trying to install smb4k, but /configure exists a problem when executing the following error is shown:
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
I tried to install the package kdelibs4-dev but he seems that the repositorio is with problems sees the error appears sayng that the MDSum is not valide.

Why not just install smb4k from the repositories?
