Adding Medibuntu Repository

Hi..new to the forums...could someone post here the commands i would need to paste into the terminal to get the medibuntu package for Kubuntu 10.04...i want the entire package with everything including flash, java, dvd and win 32 codecs....
I am installing 64 bit...so if it is a different command, then that would be the one i would want you to post...
