Hey kubuntu community

Quick question on kde defaults

I'm trying to make a custom livecd for karmic with remastersys for an out of the box setup for config and I cannot figure out how to set the following defaults:

windows decoration (kwin)
style
splash (ksplash)
login (kdm)
cursor (mouse theme)
wallpaper

The guides I searched for or only for kde3.5 I can't find anyone for kde4

Why not ask the Remastarsys experts? You will have to register to do so, but I suspect that it will be worth your while. There's also this Ubuntu Geek post which is a little out of date, but doesn't seem (at a cursory glance) to say anything that you can't do in Kubuntu as well as Ubuntu. It's all CLI stuff.
