Installation On Kubuntu For Triple Boot System

I currently have win 7 and backtrack installed on dual boot.
How do I install kubuntu as a third boot device?
Using the backtrack OS or the win 7 OS?
How do I backup the data?
Can anyone provide a tutorial?

I'd use the Win 7 OS to boot from and the Ubuntu Bootloader like's to mess with stuff a little bit therefore from my experience + research it's best to to a dual/triple boot with the windows installed first.
