    (SOLVED) FORCE FONTS WITHOUT USING KDE GRAPHICAL INTERFACE

    Without using the KDE graphical interface.
    Can someone please tell me how to set
    SYSTEM SETTINGS>APPEARANCES>FONTS TO:
    "Force fonts DPI : 96 DPI"
