Recovering Kubuntu after upgrade to Win 7

I had dual boot system (desktop - Win Vista & Kubuntu 9.10). recently I upgraded to Win7 and lost my Kubuntu boot. How can I get my kubuntu boot back (dual boot Win7 & Kubuntu 9.10) ?
