Vlan packet

Helo!
I need to configure my eth as trunk port. vconfig is not available in Kubuntu by default.
Please tell me where can i download Vlan packet?

I tryed this http://www.candelatech.com/~greear/vlan/vlan.1.9.tar.gz but make somehow doesn't work.

If you are having a problem compiling, please tell us what you are doing - the steps you are taking - and the results you are getting - what error messages are you seeing.
