Importing Audio

Hello all,

I'm a beginning programmer and I'm thinking about installing Kubuntu as a second OS instead of just Windows.
Now i happen to have about 25GB of music under Windows and i think it would be a waste of good disk space to copy all of that to my linux OS, so I am wondering whether i can import music from my C: disk while in linux?

That won't be any problem at all! Kubuntu can detect your Windows partition during installation and have it mounted every time you log in, so you'll have access to the files on your C:disk.
