Missing Items In Desktop Settings Menu

I am missing items in Desktop Settings - Plasma Workspace.

How can I get the missing items (Mouse Actions, Activity) in this window?

I have xautomation and xbindkeys installed, maybe there is a conflict? I tried uninstalling both programs, but it didn't change anything.

What flavor of the Kubuntu are you using and what version of the KDE ?

To me that look like the KDE 4.3 desktop settings.

And if you didn't read it between the lines of rog's post, the items you're missing are only available on KDE 4.4
