connecting to a windows network drive

hi all i was just wondering how to connect to a windows network drive in kubuntu i was able to do it in ubuntu but haven't had any luck in joining the network drive i think it might have to do with joining the domain and im extremely new at this so if i can get step by step instructions that would greatly help thanks

Start by install kdenetwork-filesharing. Then do some searching on samba shares. There are lots of good tutorials out there.

thanks all i had to do was edit my smb.conf and add the domain name under the workgroup no to see how long and stable this install lasts thanks again
