Sabrent USB Wireless network adapter won't work

I just installed a version of kubuntu via wubu (I think that's what it was called) but my internet isn't working... I'm assuming there is no linux support for this USB adapter? It's a Sabrent N USB adapter, not sure what model... I can take a pic though, there is no model number on it...

    any help guys?

Re: Sabrent USB Wireless network adapter won't work

I have an older Belkin one that worked fine, however, it's kind of annoying because that one doesn't work on W7 and the Sabrent doesn't work on linux... I guess I can have the belkin installed in the back somewhere, but that's just kind of annoying... I'll do it if I have no choice I guess. or I can swap them out each time I fire linux up =/

Linux DOES see the Sabrent one as wlan0 but it doesn't show anything to connect to...
