Login in a honted ost

my kubuntu wasn't started for two mounts...
i remember my password but that doesn't log in ....
notifying that i should update??!
so actually i can't access sudo as well,
does any one know how to solve that?

An obvious statement, but be sure you don't have CAPS Lock on - passwords are case sensitive.

Windows no longer obstructs my view.
