    Adobe and Screen Resolution question

I have Kubuntu 8.10 Live Cd ( I havent installed it yet just checking out Linux OS
to see which one will work (I tried putting Ubuntu 9.10 on my computer but had problems) and that I like)
Which Version of Adobe Flash do I download and when it asks me to OPEN and Choose
a program to open it with which do I choose.

How do I change the screen resolution. It only goes up to 800x600

    Any Help is Appreciated..

Your last question can't be answered without knowing what graphics processor unit (GPU) / video card you have in your system, and what type of system you have.

Oh, and yes, welcome to KFN.

I decided to try Mandriva 2010 which I love and it has the screen resolution up to 1068 and flash player installed.
Im trying to install it with the live cd and its giving me a No Valid device error. Im heading to the mandriva forums.
      thanks
