Terminal error

Hello all ,

iam getting this error message in the terminal

and i cant install anything or update

naeem@naeem-pc:~$ sudo apt-get install unrar
[sudo] password for naeem:

You are being told what to do above. In the terminal, type:

sudo dpkg --configure -a
