I'm confused. What is the difference between KDE 4.4 and KDE 4.4SC? I was wondering about upgrading, but some of the other posts here have me scared to even attempt it. Should I stay happily at 4.3.4?

I'm happily using the Kubuntu 9.10 / KDE 4.3.2 and Kubuntu 10.04 (alpha) / KDE 4.4.0 (or KDE SC 4.3.2 & KDE SC 4.4.0
).
