warning shown by notification and job

how to see the messages shown by notification and job after closing them?
i saw a message shown by notification and job..
it was a warning message.. saying some unauthorised vlc plugin was installed.
how do i check the notification and job messages again?
i will copy paste that message here.. i am worried if that was a threat and will cause any problem to OS.

it shows kde notifications it seems..
