Why won't this website work? Please help me I am going nuts

I am NEW to Kubuntu.

This website here: http://www.snt.com.py/ is where I can watch Spanish TV live.

On the top right of the page "SNT en vivo" flashing is where I click to watch it but it doesn't work!

It says I need Quicktime but going to Apples website I learned its not available for Linux.

Please help.

They are not streaming in .mov format so the information in the Ubuntu forum will not help...

Anyway, here's what you need to do:
1. Install VLC:
- run konsole
- type

sudo aptitude install vlc

- Enter your password and accept dependencies.

2. Watch it:
- Press ALT + F2
- paste the following:

vlc rtsp://200.61.228.59:80/snt.sdp

- It might take a few seconds until streaming begins and it's also very low quality compared to modern technologies, but it shouldn't be any better with quicktime.
