Cannot Install Wine On Kubuntu 9.04

Whenever i try to install wine in my kubuntu 9.04 i.e jaunty i copy paste the link from www.winehq.com for jaunty 9.04 and paste it in system settings/add and remove software/settings/edit software sources/3rd party applications/add me application and i paste the copied text from www.winehq.com there but after i say yes to update/install new packages the installation process gets stuck at 45 out of 47 files (45/47) and then it does not proceed and even then internet is not used to download the files what do i do?
