Does not appear so. A Google search finds xtraceroute at several download sites, but it's old, and comments indicated the database it uses is way out of date and not maintained, and so, unreliable and inaccurate. I found no other 'linux' or 'open source' equivalents.

I see 3 simalar packages in synaptic doing a seartch for "traceroute"
1-traceroute-2.0.12-2
Traces the route taken by packets over an IPv4/IPv6 network
The traceroute utility displays the route used by IP packets on their way to a
specified network (or Internet) host. Traceroute displays the IP number and
host name (if possible) of the machines along the route taken by the packets.
Traceroute is used as a network debugging tool. If you're having network
connectivity problems, traceroute will show you where the trouble is coming
from along the route.
Install traceroute if you need a tool for diagnosing network connectivity
problems.
Canonical provides critical updates for traceroute until April 2011.
2- iputils-tracepath
Tools to trace the network path to a remote host
The tracepath utility is similar to the traceroute utility, but also
attempts to discover the MTU of the path.
This package also includes tracepath6 and traceroute6 utilities, which
may be used on IPv6 networks.
3- paris-traceroute-0.92
New version of well known tool traceroute
Paris-traceroute is a new version of the well known traceroute.
It addresses problems caused by load balancers with the initial
implementation of traceroute. By controling packet, header
contents, it obtains a more precise picture of the actual route
that packets follow.
Yes, but none of those are 'graphical' which is what the OP is looking for.
