    Wireless Network Adaptor - Airlink 101 - AWLL6077v2

I am really wanting to drop Windows all together. Getting really close.
I am setting up a computer for my kids and want to give them Kubuntu. The only problem I am running into is getting the wireless card to work.
    Airlink 101 - AWLL6077v2 USB wireless g adapter.
I already contact support and they informed me that they have no drivers for linux.
If I cannot get this one to work, what is a good wireless g USB adapter to use? Preferably an inexpensive one.

    Thank you for your time.

Posting the output of ifconfig -a and lspci -v(assuming its a pci card) might help someone give you an answer

You mean 'lsusb -v' as the name and google look-up suggests that this is an USB wireless card.
'iwconfig' output might also be of some help.
It might be a case, where the card is working but not configured for encryption your network has in place.

perhaps you can use ndiswrapper to install the windows driver for your wifi adaptor.
