How can I take my Kubuntu 9.10 system (patched, upgraded, software I want installed, Nvidia drivers installed, home directory) and create an install disc so that in the event I reinstall, I can start at a certain point instead of going back to the beginning of the release and reinstall everything?

Re: Create my own install CD
I think you want to know about the subject called "remastering."
Search here for a discussion on that (I think led by toad). Also google on the term.

Re: Create my own install CD
That is where I'd like to go with this. Periodically create an iso so that I could have my system at a point where I would not have to start completely over.
It's my understanding reading through the docs that nvidia drivers will not be part of the livecd? Will I need to uninstall them to create the disc?
