no translation file found for domain

    Hi All,
I downloaded kubuntu-9.10-desktop-i386.iso and tried installing on Windows XP and I get this message: "no translation file found for domain"

anyone know what the problem is?

In order to help you, we will need more information to find the problem:
    0) Did you check the md5 sum of the download before burning the iso? If so, did you check the accuracy of the burn? There are threads on this topic in these forums.
    1) Is that message coming from windoze or from the Kubuntu installer? If from Kubuntu, how far into the installation did you get? What was the last message you saw prior to the "no translation..." message?
    2) Was your installation successful? If so, where does this message occur in the boot process? Have you seen a menu? Is the screen still black? i.e. Is this a problem in the bootloader.

No I didn't burn any cd.
I just click on the wubi.exe, that's when I get the error.
