I've got a dialup modem that works on Mandrive 2005 LE. Im trying to use DU also on BreezyBadger but when I fire up the Kppp tool i get a RemoveLock error. I cant figure out what program is taking hold of the modem. Anyone got an idea on how I can get this running?

in the terminal, type kppp and post the error.<br />

I tried querying the modem with terminal up and it says unable to open modem on the GUI. In the terminal it says something about RemoveLock. I wonder which program has a lock on my modem.Originally posted by NirvanaComment
