    Steps To Be Taken Before Installing Kubuntu Inside Windows
    Taking the following steps will ensure a flaw less installation of Kubuntu inside Windows.

    1)Check and Repair errors on drive at which you want to install Kubuntu, it should be a partition on which Windows installation file are not present.
    A. Double-click My Computer, and then right-click the hard disk that you want to check.
    B. Click Properties, and then click Tools.
    C. Under Error-checking, click Check Now. A dialogue box that shows the Check disk options is displayed,
    D. Use the following procedures to repair errors without scanning the volume for bad sectors, select the Automatically fix file system errors check box, and then click Start, or to repair errors, locate bad sectors, and recover readable information, select the Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors check box, and then click Start. Click Yes to schedule the disk check, and then restart your computer to start the disk check.

    2) Download and Install CCleaner from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ . Now clean the disk and check/repair registry error with it. Don't worry - it is a FREE SOFTWARE

    3) Download and Install Defraggler from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_defraggler/ . Defrag all your drive/partition with it, as usual it is also a FREE SOFTWARE

    4) Now install Kubuntu inside Windows. Put the Kubuntu live CD while inside Windows. If autoplay is enbled, there is no hassles and the Wubi installation menu pops up. Otherwise manually run the file umenu.exe from the CD. Choose Install Inside Windows option next. Select the drive on which you want to install Kubuntu - it should be a drive on which your Windows is NOT installed. Select Installation Size of 10 GB or more, Desktop Environment as Kubuntu, Language as English, Username as Owner, enter a simple and easy to remember Password next. Now click Install button below to begin installation.

    5) After installation is over boot into newly installed Ubuntu from boot menu, and update your system using online update.

    6) Now again restart and boot into Windows. Run Defraggler again and defrag the drive on which You have just installed Kubuntu
