how to boot kubuntu iso using a usb harddrive partition

hi there,
i'm a beginner to linux system. im actually an economist. .... i've downloaded kubuntu iso jaunty, but i want to boot it via usb harddrive, not from cd rom. i've tried to write the image to a fat32 partition in my usb HD using an iso writer, but it's not working,
how can i boot the kubuntu installer from the partition of my usb HD instead of cdrom?
help me plzzz....

yeah, and I recommend you use usb-creator to get it done easy & fast; that's also covered somewhere in the how-to link;
you'll have a live Kubuntu flash drive, from which you may install Kubuntu wherever you wish..



you're not actually booting an iso, but that's another tech story ->->

GRUB 2 supports loopback, and so that's got some folks going.
