need help with installing libflashplayer

I need help with this

Make a directory: $HOME/.mozilla/plugins
Extract the contents of the archive you downloaded to the directory you just made

I made the directory. I don't know how to extract the file to that directory.

Whoa -- what are you trying to do?

Open System > Konsole and enter

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

Or, better yet, go to #9 on my FAQs and follow that guidance to get all the multimedia stuff.
