how to format. in windows when i right click it shows a menu like "format drive".bu how to do it in kubuntu pls reply and help me?

GParted Live Cd, but the same applies to gparted installed to your Kubuntu.

I couldn't try KMFormat because I'm using Crunchbang at the moment. But I tried Gnome Format. It has an "Advanced" button and when you click on it, it opens...Gparted.
