pls repair my pendrive

i have a sandisk pen drive.when i insert it in my usb drive it says "could read the super block".how to remove the block and use it again

The Pen drive is not blocked. Super blocks are system areas on which info about the drive is stored. In your case it is probably damaged. You might need to reformat the pen drive.

how to format. in windows when i right click it shows a menu like "format drive".bu how to do it in kubuntu pls reply and help me?
