    Cookies with Firefox 2 ?

Every so often a set of Cookies just disappear !

Is there any way i can save them and relaod if that data crashes ?

For example my gmail 'search' cookies just went and never came back ! (learn never happened)

When I click on a email address, the Title box suddenly loss its cookies but was willing to relearn. (gmail)

This applies across anything within Firefox.

I'm totally out of my depth here !

I love what they do and rely on them a lot so having 'stable' data as far as Cookies go would be a Big plus.

    Running 64 bit Hardy Heron.

    Any thoughts very welcome !

In Firefox, please check your entries in Edit>Preferences>Privacy. I believe that this is NOT where you find these preferences in Ff for windoze. I'm running Ff 3.0.13, but I don't think that this has changed since Ff2.
