Driver Converter?

Hi all just wondering if there is an open source conversion program for hardware drivers.

To be precise I'm hoping that I can upload my windows drivers and have an easy to use program, preferably with a GUI, convert and install them in linux

My root problem is I can't get sound through ALSA or OSS on my card. In system it says intel 6 chan /SB Audigy (unknown)

The driver disc was specially made for dell machines so I haven't much hope of getting sound any other way

Converting drivers from 1 platform to another is impossible. If the card uses a custom dell driver there's a small chance it'll work in linux, but you might be able to find something, have a look around the ALSA website: http://www.alsa-project.org/
