uninstall wubi

after uninstalling wubi with my disappoint ifound out that aresidual part of Kubuntu was still on my PC, when i reboot the option of choice between the two OS (Windows and Kubuntu) is still there what can i do to remove it?

dont know if this is the place for m$ support.

for XP
bring up run dialogue (windows key & R) type "msconfig" and hit enter.
click boot tab
edit os line out.

I gather it's a different procedure for Vista pro. I need to remove this option from my shared computer. Any advice?

I found on the ubuntu wubi page found here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WubiGuide#Uninstallation a few methods to remove wubi. Regarding Vista a separate program, EasyBCD, is required to edit the boot process. EasyBCD can be found here http://neosmart.net/dl.php?id=1.
