So I installed Audacious audio player recently, & it is playing out of my intel sound card. But, amarok plays from by audigy...


Audacious does give me options for "current output plugin". I have it on ALSA (because it was the only one that seemed to work). Then within "output plugin preferences" you can choose your audio device and mixer. Changing both of those to my sound blaster stops the audio coming from the intel. But nothing is coming from the audigy.

I still havent disabled the intel. Saving that as a last resort.
