How to use CD image in Kubuntu

Hello,
I've had some really good results using Kubuntu on my Dell Inspiron 1501, but the only thing that I haven't figured out is how I can access some CD's that came with my textbooks for school.
In particular I have a DVD that I made an iso from for my Chinese Language class. The DVD has most of our course content on it but it launches from an .exe file, and I haven't quite figured out how to use Wine to run it. It's a standalone program, so it doesn't need to install anywhere, it just runs straight from the DVD.
Any suggestions?

Assuming you have wine installed, all you should need to do is navigate to the folder using Dolphin or Konqueror, rt-click the file and select "Open with Wine Windows Program Loader" -- or just double click the file.
