playing mp3's with amarock [SOLVED]

I transferred some music files from my home computer (runs windows vista) to my laptop (runs kubuntu 9.4). The mp3's do not play. What can I do to get the mp3's to play?

If you are using Kubuntu 9.04, I assume that you are using amarok 2. If that is the case then while trying to play mp3 with amarok, a window pops up asking you to download different restricted codecs. You hav to allow to download them in order to play mp3s in your system.
