Update Manger not clearing?

I am able to update packages as per normal but one package remains locked and I am unable to clear it.

The following packages have been kept back:
k3b
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
cdelehanty@Dele3:~$

How can I clear this upgrade that won't download?

Try

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

okay all is good.

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade did not clear the above problem. But i decided to do a standard install from the command line which did clear the held back package.

sudo apt-get install k3b.
