K Mail

Hello,
I`m using Thunderbird for years now, since six months in Kubuntu.
I have on my home partition a folder with all my e-mails in thunderbird.
When I install a new version of Kubuntu ( Jaunty) I simply tell Thunderbird where my mail is and where to put my new mails.
I would like to try out K-Mail but I cannot find the mail folder for K-Mail and I don`t know how I can make a mail folder on my home partition for K-mail

the mail folder for Kmail is in /home/you/.kde/share/apps/kmail/mail

pleas note the . in .kde this is a hidden folder so to see it you half to tell dolphin or konqueror to show hidden files.

and replace /you/ with your user name.
