compiz won't work on kubtunu 9.04

ok i just installed kubuntu 9.04 but theres one thing that piss me off.
Compiz won't work at all or any 3d effects but compiz worked on all distros out of the box i used even older version of ubutnu but it won't work at all on kubtunu 9.04 and ubuntu 9.04.
I tired going to that hardware driver programs but it blank i have a card from intel btw not ati or nvidia
idk whats going on

lspci

so we know what intel chipset it is.
