Hi there i have just recently install kubuntu 9.04 since finally it work with my m-audio card
but here is the issue . I have a 8500 GT which i installed the prop drivers .but now the effects like fading in and out of window screens and opening of the menu or start button is very sluggish
now on ubuntu i don't have this issue only on kubuntu is there anyway i can have much more of a smoother experience? have a amd X2 6400 with 2 gig mem
