Hi,will installing kubuntu 8.04 from a live disc give me a clean install with the entire disc available to kubuntu? Can it format the disc ? My disc is cluttered with old non working operating systems and I dont have enough room to install to a new partition.Thanks,Peter.

why YES it will !
you MAY half to do a manuall partitioning when you get to the point of chosing ware on the disk to put it ........BUT it has a nice GUI partitioning utility.

Thank you Vinny,I was hoping the disc would guide me through the whole process.Ill just give it a go then.At least Ill still have the live disc if it doesnt work.Peter.
