Konqueror or Firefox?

Is it possible to setup Konqueror so that its compatible with web sites as Firefox?

If yes how to install all needed plugins?

If not how to remove it and install Mozilla Firefox and its plugins?

You don't need to remove Konq... just set Firefox once you install it.

sudo apt-get install firefox

System Settings -> Default Applications... Web Browser: In the following browser: firefox

There might be some reason to include a profile switch in that command.. but I'm on a one user machine... perhaps someone else will chime in if that is the case.

I get message that it can not access that file due to some security... Do I need to enable something first?

@zaoka: Can you post the exact wording of the message you're seeing. Also, please (if it's not given in the error message) define the phrase "that file".
