Which Video Player (KDE) supports frame by frame mode?

    Hi there

I'm looking for a nice video player which supports frame by frame 'hopping' mode (backward/forward), but couldn't anything yet.

What would you suggest to a newbie?

    Thanks
    Gerald

MPlayer has one frame forward > MPlayer
. Step forward. Pressing once will pause movie, every consecutive press will play one frame and then go into pause mode again (any other key unpauses).

Frame by Frame is present in 1.0.0
    Note
The latest official repo version is: Package: vlc (0.9.9a-2ubuntu1)
You could find (several) VLC 1.0 versions from the PPA repositories > Show PPAs matching: vlc
