K3b, VCD/SVCD & VcdImager

Hope some1 can help me . . .
I upload our personal videos onto YouTube, and every now and then I download them from YouTube onto my laptop using VideoDownload Helper (Firefox add-on). I opt to download and convert to mpeg.

When I try and put the vidoes onto a cd (VCD/SVCD) to burn I get a error message saying I need to download the VcdImager from http://www.vcdimager.org - I've got no idea of what to do from there.
Is there perhaps a command or two I can use in konsole?

may i suggest you try to use "devede" from the repos to make your vcd. i use it to make dvd's and it works very nicely

open it up and tell it you want to make a vcd then tell it what files your gonna use and it will make an iso ready to be burnt w/ k3b
