Lost video play in Firefox

It used to play aok, but recently stopped even seeing you tube video clips !

What is weird is that Konqueror browser plays them OK.

So maybe a Firefox thing ?

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.19 as it works better with Ebay than the latest update. And Hardy Heron release of OS.

Any thoughts very welcome !

Fixed it but not sure how.

Went to Konqueror and found an option to scan for plugins and apply the global ? option and clicked Apply and it all sprung to life !

Kool, glad you got it fixed.

I've had similar experiences with things often (apparently) sorting themselves out. Difference now is I write everything down so I don't get caught out again!
