Free Ubuntu User Guide

Ubuntu has made available a Users Guide in PDF format. It does use Ubuntu rather than Kubuntu, but is useful anyway. At page 87 it gets to command line usage and that is useful on any linux, and most other unixes, although those are disappearing fast.
