i saw some where that dell brought out a batch with linux os
the thing that i would like 2 know is if kubuntu works from installation
espesialy the 3g/ hsdpa internal modem, and wt is the best way 2 run
windows programs with out reboot

i did c that there is a lot of options out there but wt would be nice,
is if there is a update/patch/drivers that would be easy 2 install thanx

As for the hardware compatibility, you will probably have to google it yourself, as it is not very likely that someone with exactly this pc reads this forum.
Another posibility is to download the live CD and see how it works yourself (if you have enough bandwidth, this would be the best solution)
You can run many windows programs easily if you install wine. To check if the programs you need will run in wine, go to appdb.winehq.org.
