    edubuntu 8.10

    hi 2 all
    just wnt 2 know if edubuntu 8.10 add on cd can b added 2 kubuntu 8.10 or only 2 ubuntu 8.10
    or can i add it 2 ubuntu 8.04

    It sounds more like it should be installed on its own partition instead, not as a separate GUI desktop package...
    Multibooting: Kubuntu Noble 24.04
    Before: Jammy 22.04, Focal 20.04, Precise 12.04 Xenial 16.04 and Bionic 18.04
    Win XP, 7 & 10 sadly

      ok will b testing 2day, on the kubuntu help file it says:

      All GNOME applications will run under KDE and vice versa.

      so to my mind all edubuntu apps will work.
      But i will have 2 c if the edu desktop will work though.
