Unistall and reinstall Kubuntu

Hi what is the simplest way to uninstall and reinstall Kubuntu on a dual boot system windows is installed on the primary HD and Kubuntu is installed on the secondary HD. If I boot with commarnd prompt only and format MBR then boot in windows and deleat the partitions should that work?

yes, if you need windows right away (before you re-install Kubuntu) get your Windows CD and issue a fixmbr from the recovery console.

But a better way to reinstall is to simply pop in the Kubuntu CD, and run thru the installation, and when your at the partitioner, opt to reformat your current Kubuntu root (/) and use it as root again. This way is much quicker.
