Ok guys, new to the forum Board, But hey i already added it to my bookmarks. OK so for my problems, I am installing Kubuntu on an somewhat older pentium 3, and i can hear the CD drive in spinning but i have a black blank screen!!!!!!! im almost going insane SOMEONE HELP! what should i do and whoa... this is COOL!

How much ram does it have? The live cd install does not work on machines with less than 400mb+- RAM. If that is your case, try a more lightweight distro like xubuntu, or the alternate install cd.
If you have ram enough, post a more detailed description of your hardware and at what point the setup hangs. -
