How should I uninstall Kubuntu? I have partitioned my hardrive and have decided I would rather use a live CD. I have gone to disk mangement in My Computer and deleted the partition, but it still asks me which OS to boot when I turn on my computer. I have also noticed that in Disk Management it is showing all my hard drives as partitioned. Please help. By the way, I am a complete newbie.

Re: Kubuntu uninstall
Download and burn the GParted LiveCD iso.

Boot it, and use it to combine your Linux partition with the deleted one. You can edit /boot/grub/menu.lst and remove the line referencing the now defunct partition. Avoid the temptation to make Linux boot instantly from the grub menu. Alway leave some time during the grub menu display to make changes.

Re: Kubuntu uninstall
If I read this correctly you have uninstalled kubuntu by deleting the kubunto partition under Windows and have not yet restored the MBR (Master Boot Record). The MBR still contains grub. You can fix this with a Windows restore disk, or using mbr or another tool under Linux.
